Today's time lapse

is a watercolor of a local lake, Lake Redman. The original picture is from a walk I took there. It's painted with watercolor colored pencils. I accidentally used the wrong paper so the paper bubbled a bit but since this was my first watercolor in a long time, I'm okay with it.

I wanted to do a something a little different so I pulled out my watercolor pencils. I looked through my old photos trying to find one that I felt would work well with that medium and settled on this picture. When I am out walking, I always take pictures of the things in nature I see. I really get a lot of sky photos but also, who can resist taking pictures of water.

I hope everyone gets the opportunity to go out and enjoy the wonderful spring weather.
